My Approach
We are all searching for a place of belonging. Within our families, romantic relationships, friendships, and within ourselves. And yet, at some point, we have all experienced relationship ruptures, daily stressors, or mental health challenges that impact our sense of belonging and connectedness. It makes us feel like there is no place for us. Imagine the healing that could take place if you found a place for you. In my therapy office, it is my desire to create this space for you.
I am passionate about helping clients work through challenges to create deep meaningful connections in their relationships and with themselves. I do this by creating a safe, welcoming, and empathetic space where we can explore together the issues bringing you into therapy and work to cultivate the change and healing you desire to see in your life.
I have experience working with couples experiencing infidelity, communication struggles, co-parenting issues, sexual dissatisfaction, and many other issues that are common in relationships. These issues can make it feel like you are alone in your relationship. As your therapist, I will work with you and your partner to restore connection, hope, emotional safety, and build a sense of security.
I also use my relational lens when working with individuals and families, knowing that the different relationships in our lives impact our mental well-being. Whether it is depression, anxiety, grief, body image, or stage of life issues, I strive, through my therapeutic lens, to help clients increase their emotional regulation, sense of security, and decrease mental health challenges. As we work together, I hope to create a collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are and find a place of healing for you.
Taking the first step can be daunting. If you are searching for a place to start, I would love to schedule a free phone consultation to chat further about your goals for therapy. I look forward to talking with you!
